PETALUMA, CA. February 11, 2008 - At the Mobile World Congress 2008 Barcelona, OpenClovis, Inc., provider of the premier open-standards-based, commercial off the shelf (COTS) Application Service Platform for developing next generation enterprise and telecommunication products, with a continued commitment to excellence in quality and product development, is very proud to announce the General Availability of Release 3.0 of the Application Service Platform (ASP) software and Integrated Development Environment (IDE). ASP is the most advanced carrier-grade middleware for the NGN infrastructure available, along with a suite of productivity enhancing tools designed to simplify and accelerate the development of next-generation systems and a software development kit (SDK) based around a simple to use GUI-based integrated development environment (IDE).

We would like to thank our commercially licensed customers as well as the open source community users who have provided early feedback for the 3.0 beta releases made available since Q1 of 2007. OpenClovis has extensively expanded and automated its testing and verification process with an emphasis on improving system performance and code coverage, backed up by extensive soak testing. The outcome of this effort is the highest quality Service Availability Forum Application Interface Specification (AIS) compliant middleware available in the market today.
